The project involves alterations to and the refurbishment and upgrade of existing buildings to accommodate a new Learning Precinct comprising Library, Learning Support, Student Services and Video Link facilities, as well as a new Fashion Facility comprising design studios, pattern making, sewing and millinery workshops, associated storage and display areas.
PDS has been commissioned to provide full project management services, including design management, procurement, contract administration, cost management, program management, communications management, reporting and post completion services.
