Redcliffe Hospital Upgrade

PDS has been requested to assist DPW Project Services with the provision of supplementary project management services for certain refurbishment works, extensions to existing and provision of new facilities at Redcliffe Hospital, a major health services provider 50km north of Brisbane.
The actual works includes a new Patient Transport Hub, upgrade and extensions to the Emergency and Out Patients Departments, a new Medical Imaging Department, as well as extensions and refurbishment of the Paediatrics Department.
In charge of a small team of specialist design consultants, cost planners and contract administrators, responsibilities include design management oversight, client negotiations, community expectations management, risk management and general strategic facilitation.
